I used a reference from =Cesalv for this one, and left the rest to the imagination.

Entirely in photoshop7 about 22 hours.

Wow, you did this in Adobe Photoshop? I didn't know this program is THAT useful! I still can't imagine how you can create work like that in Photoshop. It really looks so beautiful :)
